    We offer equipment trade-ins in exchange for an equipment upgrade or store credit. Read on to learn more about how our trade-in program works and what's eligible.

    How it Works

    Submit Form

    Submit the form below (1 form per trade-in item, please!). Assuming it meets our criteria for trade-in, we'll get back to you with an estimate within 2-4 business days.

    Store Drop-off

    Once we've confirmed you're eligible for a trade-in, you can contact our team to arrange the drop-off of your machine and/or grinder at our store.

    Assessment

    Once dropped off, our team will complete a physical assessment of your equipment to determine the final trade-in value.

    Upgrade

    Choose your upgrade. Decide on your new home setup or receive a credit on your store account - credits never expire!

    Eligible Products

    • Home and commercial espresso machines and/or grinders purchased from Zuccarini only.
    • Home equipment 5 years old or less (we can still consider accepting something older than 5 years, but the value will be minimal).
    • Commercial equipment 10 years old or less (we can still consider accepting something older than 10 years, but the value will be minimal).
    • Any grinders that have been used to grind flavoured coffee beans are not eligible for trade-in.

    Note: We can only accept products for which we have all the necessary replacement parts to restore them to like-new condition. If your machine or grinder is not listed, but is manufactured by Nuova Simonelli, Victoria Arduino, Eureka, or Elektra, we may be able to provide a nominal trade-in value.

    For older machines and grinders that were purchased from Zuccarini but which have no trade-in value, we're always happy to disassemble and responsibly recycle them for you.
